Sustainability

Each toy car begins with wood from a fallen Philadelphia tree. After reclaimed city wood is milled for larger products, smaller offcuts are saved and transformed into playful, lasting pieces rather than entering the waste stream.

By finding creative uses for leftover materials, PowerCorpsPHL makes the most of every tree while creating hands-on woodworking and manufacturing opportunities for young adults.
